Harmonizer

The Penultimate Invasion, Book 1. A standalone science fiction series — separate from the MechaniKalle universe.

When the ground shifts beneath the Sherman Military Academy, a young cadet wakes in the dark with no memory of what happened, no way out, and no idea that the world above has already changed forever.

Harmonizer is the first book in The Penultimate Invasion — a science fiction story that begins underground and ends with humanity's leaders facing a threat that crosses every border. From tent cities to the United Nations, from Buckingham Palace to the Great Wall, this is a story about the people who stand up when the world stops making sense.

Published in 2014, Harmonizer was my first novel — and was considered by Amazon for its Breakthrough Novel Award Contest 2014 (Science Fiction/Fantasy/Horror category), advancing to its Second Round, advancing past the initial editorial review stage.

Cover art by Michael Graham. Dedicated to my grandfather Seymour, who landed at Omaha Beach and helped break the codes that ended a war.

Harmonizer exists in a different universe from the MechaniKalle Series — a separate story, a separate world, same questions about what we owe each other when everything falls apart.
